Meridiana Hotel Taormina

El personal muy amable, limpio bien decorado muy buenos servicios nuevo, solo que hay que advertir que esta en una calle muy empinada aunque en Taormina todas las calles son asi

Nos encantó.La atención excelente y el hotel muy bonito con vistas maravillosas. El desayuno muy bueno. Es importante ubicar bien el hotel antes de llegar , debido a que está en una callecita un poco difícil de encontrar, pero todo vale la pena. Totalmente recomendable, superó nuestras espectativas con respecto a los otros hoteles 4 estrellas que hemos estado.

Un poco difícil llegar

Tiene vistas maravillosas, la atención es excelente y las habitaciones confortables y muy limpias. Fué complicado localizarlo y acceder a él porque hay que bajar una cuestas enormemente empinadas, pero el personal del hotel se hizo cargo de bajar el coche. Para ir al centro de Taormina también nos subieron las cuestas en un vehículo del propio hotel.

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación era pequeñita pero muy coqueta. Teníamos unas vistas preciosas y el personal fue encantador. El desayuno se servia en una habitación desde la que también se veía el mar y la comida estaba muy buena. Balance muy positivo.

El acceso es bastante complicado, no esta muy bien indicado y para llegar hay que subir/bajar unas cuestas empinadisimas con y sin coche (hay que bajar poruna rampa con escaleras en medio con el coche).

La situación es privilegiada con unas vistas magnificas desde la habitación. Desayuno muy bueno. Hotel tranquilo con pòcas habitaciones.

Es un hotel muy nuevo y es poco conocido en la ciudad. Dificil de encontrar. El acceso en coche es por una calle con una cuesta muy pronunciada

Great views, staff was wonderful, helped us book other hotels for our trip, rooms were clean and well maintained.

Only downside was it's location, down a steep hill. All restaurants and shopping were up the hill. We did fine but not all would.

New and fresh. Wonderful view! Free parking.

There is no signage to the hotel, hard to find. Very steep hill!

Everything, especiallt the staff

Kind staff, but no English was spoken when we arrived. Relatively close to the old town.Nice breakfast. Small city map was provided tto us immediately with all the sights to see/visit in the old town. Fresh fruits in the room and for breakfast. Beautiful view to the sea, especially from the restaurant on the 3rd floor. Free parking on the spot.

The street leading to the hotel is so steep and narrow, one is practically locked away with his car in the hotel. Still a bit expensive, but the general price level is higher in Taormina than in other cities of Sicily. Very tight garage.

The hotel is new, all facilities are ok. Excellent staff, especially the manager who is very helpfull. I will stay there when returning at Taormina, and strongly advice booking this hotel.

Great breakfast buffet with Sicilian food (I will never forget that cheese!!!). Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are pretty big, perfectly furnished, with balcony and great views. Bathroom with all optionals you can imagine. The view from the breakfast room on the 2nd floor is unforgetable. /// Colazione straordinaria con prodotti tipici della Sicilia (mai mangiato un formaggio così!!!). Personale estremamente corstese e disponibile. Le stanze sono spaziose e perfettamente arredate. La dotazione del bagno è al top. Bellissima la vista dal terrazzo e dall'ingresso dell'hotel. Il golfo visto dalla stanza della colazione al secondo piano è impareggiabile.

The staff was superb in doing all they could to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every request was addressed professionally and timely. The owner was there daily and was sincerely concerned about his guest have the best time possible.

The one complaint was that I could not stay longer.

I found hotel Meridiana by pure luck as it is a new hotel and not so many customer review can be found on the websites. However, my stay in Meridiana turned out to be a great experience ever because of its great location, customized service, trendy and cozy room facility with economic price. The hotel is 100 meters from Public Garden, 5 minutes walk to the center street 'Corso Umberto' and historical sites. Most of all, its unique location enjoys a very private and peaceful environment with no disturb of any noises. The service is great . I booked a bus tour at 6am, after knowing this, the hotel arranged a breakfast for me at 5:30am.You can always ask for help or suggestions, with their help, I had fantastic one day cooking lesson for Sicily food in one of local restaurant- Licchio's. I booked 5 nights but stayed for 6 nights. The value of money is good. With all the complains I heard from the travelers I met on the road in Taormina, I guess I am really lucky that I found Hotel Meridinana, which made my trip in Sicily always pleasant and memorable. For sure, I will revisit it again for my next trip in Sicily.

Nothing, I like everything I had over there.

This hotel is knew and is slightly of the beaten track but the rooms, are fabulous as are the views. Call when at the top of hill and they will collect you.(Hill steep but worth the walk). 9 rooms only and the staff were excellent, rooms spacious with Jacuzzi and all mod cons. Magnificent views. 10 minutes walk to town centre. Will definitely go back.

Only down side was the shower is in the bad and it as its a Jacuzzi that's great but no place to hang shower head. Can hear other rooms at times.
